On my thought i think hiccups starts when we eat or drink something too fast.

In my opinion, I think hiccups start when we eat or drink something too fast.

"On my thought" → This is incorrect. It should be "In my opinion" or just removed.

"hiccups starts" → "hiccups" is plural, so it should be "hiccups start" (not "starts")

Because if we eat or drink something too fast, then sometimes our diaphragm makes mistake because of the foods.

Because if we eat or drink too fast, sometimes our diaphragm malfunctions due to the food.

"Because if" → "Because" at the beginning is unnecessary.

"makes mistake" → "Makes a mistake" is more natural, but "malfunctions" fits better.

"because of the foods" → "Food" is usually uncountable, so "because of the food" is better.

Or, more naturally:

If we eat or drink too fast, our diaphragm sometimes malfunctions because of the food.

There are many ways to stop the diaphragm's mistake and there is a ways that is very effective its....

There are many ways to stop the diaphragm from malfunctioning, and one very effective method is...

"diaphragm's mistake" → "diaphragm from malfunctioning" (more natural)

"there is a ways" → "one very effective method is" (correct subject-verb agreement)

 **The 90 degrees way**

First squat down your body as possible to be close in 90 degrees. And drink water while doing the position. After a few seconds...

The 90-Degree Method

First, squat down as low as possible, bringing your body close to a 90-degree angle. While in this position, drink some water. After a few seconds...

"as possible to be close in 90 degrees" → "as low as possible, bringing your body close to a 90-degree angle"

CONGRATS! YOUR HICCUP IS GONE! (but not until your entire life)

CONGRATS! YOUR HICCUPS ARE GONE! (Well, at least for now—not forever!)

"your hiccup is gone" → "your hiccups are gone" (hiccups is usually plural)

"but not until your entire life" → "Well, at least for now—not forever!" (more natural phrasing)

Bye Bye! Hope this information was beneficial!
